Opinions on Garrison Hatters standard Raiders in cute little fluffy bunny?

After years of hard wearing and hiking in the temperate rainforest, my Fed IV is finally, undeniably, starting to collapse, and I've found no one in the area capable of re-blocking it, and shipping to just about anyone else along with the reblock and cleaning it really, really needs, I've realized puts the cost right up around the same as just getting a new Fed IV. So I'm starting to shop around for a new Raiders style lid, but looking for something a little higher end this time. While I'd love to get an AB in beaver, it's just not in the budget. Looking at the Garrison standard Raiders as kind of the upper limit of what I can justify spending just now, and from the pics on his site it looks like a good shape, but does anyone have some comments about the hat, particularly in rabbit?.

I have a Garrison ToD in rabbit and love it! At some point I plan to get his "streets of Cairo" Raiders as well.

They are very well made hats and I have found myself scared to weather and bash it in for that "well used" Indy look because it looks THAT good as a hat.
