Just got this done yesterday. It started as a latex Predator 1 blank I got off Ebay a long time ago. Here are some pics in different lighting and a couple of just the paintwork B4 I put the dreds on.
Comments and Critique welcome.:)

I agree with Steve - very nice paint job!

What did you use for quills or was that on the mask already?

I can't wait to see you do some of those Universal monsters or Vlad. :)

I really like this piece. I've been tryin to track down one of these.
You did a real nice job on it. Who sculpted this piece?
PM sent.

If anyone has any info on how to find one of these, I am so there. This is such an awesome sculpt. I am SUPER picky on so many of the predator sculpts that have come and gone over the years, and this one is just MEAN looking. I think the eyes look more deeply set than the screen creature from Predator 1, but it looks really nice regardless. That has nothing to do with your build anyway, the build is flawless. The eyes are incredible. The dreads are so much better than most as well. This would be one hell of a tutorial to enjoy if you had one. I'm amazed.

Thank you guys!

It is a DB v2 sculpt. I don't think they are available anymore...you might want to check with some guys on the Hunter's Lair for more info.
I bought it off Ebay a few years ago from DB himself...I guess I was one of the lucky ones that actually got what they paid for.....but that's another story.

Steve, Thank you...that means alot coming from an artist such as yourself.

Simmon, Thank you my friend! The quills I made from a Sculpey product that remains flexible...but boy what a pain they are to apply.

Yeah, I can't wait to start on those busts...this Pred was for practice to hone my skills B4 I start on those masterpieces.:love

Goldenrod, Thanks bro! PM back at ya.

fettster, Thank you! Be sure to post some pics of yours when you finish it.

Josh, Yeah this is one of my favorite Pred sculpts and I do think the eyes
are set to deep and a tad high in the sockets as well. I originally planned on trying to lower them a bit, but I didn't want to mess up the eyecuts.

I did take plenty of progress pics from start to finish...if I have the time I may throw a tutorial together if enough people would like to see one.
