One eyed Willie's Map(goonies) - need measurement help

well after hand making the note from the movie "hook", and the note from BTTF, i thought its time for something new. my next project is one eyed Willie's map from Goonies

i just need 1 info first. What is the approx Size of the map, as i want to get this as close as possible

so, i need measurements from X and Y, preferably in cm, but i take all i can get
