OMFG his leg came off!!!! (hot toys berserker)

I didn't quiet know where to post this... I just need to some advice!!! T__T

SO, yesterday I got my Hot Toys Berserker predator. 2 minutes ago I was taking some pictures of him and got "hey, I never pose his legs! let's try that!"
so I bend knee #1 (it's pretty hard to move his articulation) and then I get to knee #2. it doesn't want to move, since his articulation are really rough to move, I though it was just that, so I tried a little harder. then POP it broke!!!!! D:
when I had the lower part of the leg in my hand, I tried once again to move the articulation, but it's like it's glued. it REALLY doesn't wanna move!

anyone know why it doesnt wanna move?? how I could make it move?
OR should I just glue the damn leg back on because there is no and never was, any hope it would move anyway?

Waaoh damn, I have had a hot toy break on me a couple times i just use super glue. Though this is what I am going to suggest, if you ordered it from Sideshow, tell them that the figure's articulation was dysfunctional because of the leg being improperly put together by means of just gluing the joints together hindering any movement and when you tried to move the leg like any other hot toys figure it broke because of faulty craftsmanship. They will probably ask you to send it back or something or send you a new leg depending on the extent of the damage. Post pics if you would.

unfortunatly, I ordered from Ebay. the person does not refund but I will ask him if perhaps he can get me a new part...
if not I'll simply glue it in........

as you can see, the thingy is really short. but also what's left of it in the leg is very short too! I don't think the part touch anymore Ô_o (did they ever anyway?

I also just got my first hot toys beserker yesterday at wondercon. It seems that most of their legs are like that, I did the old hair dryer trick to expand the plastic and was able to make them move with a little force but it is scary, when you got a pricey figure. Its not like its a necca where u can throw down another 20.

air dryer you say..... I was thinking about that (after it broke).... him maybe I could still try it. if it DOES move I won't have to buy another one! I'll be able to fix it! ^^

Hi there! I suggest boiling, it's much better. That broken peg can still be fix. You can either glue it back or replace the peg, or better yet make your own peg you can use screws you know.

My NECA fig was the same way, I had to work a while before the legs and arms would move. My friend has the NECA Alien and its ankle won't move.

I don't think I will be ordering any hot toys figure again. they are very expensive and their costumer service S**K. it takes them one month to reply to an email. so in the end, it took them 2 months to tell me they could not sell me a new leg
