I took a stab at this a few years ago, and finished with satisfactory results. However, some recent work lead me to find a much better match for the wallet, so I unearthed the project and knocked another one out.
It's not perfect, but it's better in a few was than my previous effort. The graphics on the cards changed a little bit, but the big breakthrough was finding what I thought was the right wallet.
Turned out not to be the case, but it's still pretty decent. Pics and write up are on the blog:
