Hey Gang,

I just finished up this Incredible piece. Man Howard did an outstanding
job on the sculpt.

A 1/1 Resin Cast Bust

This was my very first attempt at adding hair to a bust. The hair is actually
long sections of wool. I airbrushed it, after applying it to get it a gray color.

The robe and shirt are custom made, thanks to my Mom. I figured out a
pattern to fit the piece, bought the material, and my Mom sewed it up for me.
The gold on the shirt was hand panted to look like it was embroidered.

The base is a giant candle stand that I picked up at Hobby Lobby. I just
cut the top off to fit it in the bust.

I also added glass eyes to add to the realism.

I don't even know what to say at this point. Oldken could not have said it any better - you and Howard make an exceptional team.

The hair looks absolutely fantastic. Talent must be in your blood because your mom did a great job on the cloth. Everything from the eyebrows, clothing right down to the stand fits in perfectly with this piece.

Someone needs to forward these pics to Gary Oldman.
