Old man Costume

Hey all,

This prob isn't the norm for around here but I figured I'd share my progress on an old man costume here with you all.

The goal: I am going to my younger sisters Halloween party as an old man dressed in a cheap cowboy outfit as John Wayne and will be having my older sister bring me in costume and introduce me, I will then try to see how long I can convince everyone I am truly a creepy old man.

So I went out and bought a $60 old man mask from the Halloween store

I also purchased some liquid latex and then glued the mouth and eyes to my face.

Since then I have purchased some fake old man glasses, bought some fake hair to make eye brows and a cane and have trimmed the neck to fit better. I will be attempting to mix some grease paint to match the color around the eyes and lips and I am also looking for a wig. I'll post some more pictures later tonight with the glasses, eye brows and the trimmed neck, maybe some ear hair

What do you guys think? Any advice?

I don't know if its the lighting but it looks as if the mask may need some painting too. it looks fake, add a little red to the nose and cheeks, some darker colours around the eyes, that kind of thing. otherwise its pretty awesome! you'll also either have o make up your hands (latex works great for wrinkles) or wear gloves as they'll be a dead giveaway.

with eye brows, glasses, some face color (thanks n0regret5) and ear hair. Still need to work on the neck, idk about this though, the face paint doesn't work that well :/
