While you may feel special.....it's how many people felt before they saw it and how the same people felt after it.
Welcome to the support club....all we can do is continue to share the DVD's and grow the fan base so you have more people to mourn with.
My wife and I have it on blu-ray, 2 DVD sets and Serenity on DVD twice and on blu-ray...just in case while a set is out for loan someone else wants to watch it.
The blu-rays stay with us though.
NOW....wait until you meet the cast...never met a more fun bunch!!
I now watch anything with Nathan Fillion in it and continue to love it.

LOL. The first day of the con she was here, I was with the security detail that was escorting the celebs from the hotel to the convention center. My first thought was 'good lord who is THAT?!' and then I realized it was her and was absolutely floored. I always thought Kaylee was cute, but my goodness.... She was wearing the leggings that were part of her costume for Atlantis and let me tell you... she's got some awesome legs.

Dear oh dear... I seem to have gone an' corrupted fandom! Just so as we don't confuse the fella, "Alice" was the name I gave to my copy of Vera. (One of only two known replicas and the only one made in metal.) Took it from the old Show Mel's Diner.
Serenity (the BDM) is not perfect and I don't agree with all the decisions made but I think it does have one of the most beautifully constructed movie endings of all time.

Gotta raise my thumb to that too. I hate the super-thin Hollywood/Fashion Model look. Saw a blurb a few weeks ago that Christina Hendricks was going to "diet" and thought "Nooooooo!".
