Hello all, I'm new to the group and have been a fan of these shoes since I saw them 30 years ago. As far as my own personal pair go, I have not done any major modifications I have only added in lunarlon insoles from a converse for more cushioning and wire protection, as well as sole protectors to prevent oxidation.

I think I know what you're speaking of when it comes to the little crevices and wrinkles because I saw them on my pair which I have worn about 10 times this month. I would think a good wet sand with some grit paper should clear up the issue.

So I’m super late to the party and noticed that whenever this question gets asked most people don’t reply but where in the entire heck do I get a pair of V3’s?!? All the links in the front page were dead or don’t load and I can’t find any other references. Someone help a brotha out?

Ah, that’s unfortunate to hear. I wanted to buy a pair from his site eventually. I checked DHGate, and there was a listing for around $550 that seemed like V3s, but I can’t much confirm their reputability.

It does indeed seem like the V3's are very hard to get a hold of and have shot up in price. Not what i was hoping for after all this time.
