A friend just sent me a pic of the new EFX TOS Galactica Helmet from SDCC.

I can't wait to buy that Viper pilot helmet!
I spoke to a couple of the booth reps. Apparently, they were painting it for display the night before the con. As you can see, it's not completely hollow, so you can't fit your head into it. They told me that they would be taking pre-orders at the end of this year, for delivery 2Q next year, but if their prototype is this far from complete, I'd be surprised if they stuck to this timetable.
