Official licensed full size Dr. Who Dalek replicas!

They've been around for years. They are made by TPE in the uk. Our builds are going to come in at well under a grand a piece.

But we know what you really want to ask – can I ride in it?

And the answer is – no! Unfortunately. This faithful replica is built in exactly the same way as the ones appearing on TV.

Fail.

They look awesome but you should be able to sit in it and move around. That's how the actual props work isn't it? I know they did back in the day.

I've seen replicas all my life but didn't know they had official ones and it says new in the upper corner, so my mistake then. Definitely want to see some photos of your build Jedimaster, because
"these are not the Daleks you're looking for" . Sorry, just had to.;)

Yours might have. Others have spent considerably more. An average of a grand a dalek is probably what my second and third will cost but if you are only building one you can't amortize the costs of plugs and moulds. If you are working in fiberglass your moulds are another dalek right there.

The big problem with the TPE daleks in the US has been shipping. Its a DIY affair and likely to cost as much as Mr Dalek.

And as with all props some of us only want a prop they built themselves. Collecting other people's daleks does not interest me unless they are screen used.

You're right Hallam, but as we are building 10 of these things it all ballances out. Also we have a kind of co-op. We have one guy doing all the machining work for the 10 guns , plunger arms and eyestalk including the ball joints etc in exchange for a set of all the resin and fibreglass parts. So we all get the metal parts and he gets all the resin/glass parts. everyone wins and everyone gets a dalek. Now the electronics are a different matter.

For £3,000 it better come with free shipping!
