Obscurus crusade Register trouble??

Hi all, unsure if this is the best place to post. Read a thread which his died in activity, regarding the warhammer 40k plasma pistol. the pep file is on obscurus crusade but cant seem to register an account. it wont let me join and thus cant get the pdo for the pistol.....

anyone know how to get round this and or has the pdo file they could send me??

.....OK (sorted issue....my fault) got pep file sorry for being doosh. Thread can now die!!
