Was lucky enough to get ahold of this prop from Oblivion.
Trying to screen match now but looks like it was worn by a background player.
Comes with production tag, picture of the actor wearing their full costume taken by the prop supervisor.
It is really cool the way they used real life clothes and modified it to life in the Oblivion mythology
