Obi-Wan ROTS saber button/transistor help

So there seems to be a decent amount of info out there on the two transistors on the side of the graflex clamp on the OWK ANH saber, but what about the ROTS? Haven't found much on this one, but the limited reference I've found shows a different setup. Looks like a copper rivet head and a serrated gear or washer of some sort.

Anyone have any info on this? Pics? Part sources? Anything at this point will be helpful. I can fake the copper bump pretty easily, but the other button I can't even get a good look at.

Hmm. the larger "button" in the foreground looks like a sort of star screw. Going to have to see if I can find anything like that.

Any suggestions on what would make a good domed cap like the one in the background. Seems like a simple enough shape.

Diggin up an old thread, I found star like washers just like these in Home Depot! they do exist

If you're going for an approximate look rather than strictly accurate... I've used a thumbscrew for lighting fixtures. The only problem is it's brass, not copper, a little flatter, and the sides have knurling. Apart from that I haven't seen anything quite right. Maybe an upholstery tack/nail?
