Nu Galacita in 1/2500th scale

There's a reason for that. Everything I've done the last two months has been computer work. And there has been a lot of it.

Also I'm back to 40 hour work weeks. That little "vacation" really hurt my wallet.

Hi Coby.

No hard feelings.

I totally respect, that your dayjob has to be prioriticed. Of course...

And I know about the 40 hours weeks. Just started a new job as webmaster 4 weeks ago, and been busy as a bee. But enjoy it in it's fullest. (hmmm can you actually say that?? oh well)

I guess my little statement, was merely another way to say *BUMP*, and a sideeffect of my eager anticipations towards this kit :D

I just thought I'd say that I've been back to work on the Galactica this week. I'll be taking it with me on vaccation and should have more photos by next Monday.

Did anyone catch that? He'll be taking it along on his vacation. A true modeler. :D

Your'e insane, Coby. Looking forward to the finished product.

It's great to read that progress continues. I'm looking forward to the pics next Monday. Enjoy your vacation.

I'm assuming this is being made to be produced as a kit, is it not? I know it's still very early, but is there any kind of guesstimate on what rough price range we're looking at? I tend to stay away from resin ship kits, and I could easily get the Art Asylum version when it's available, but to be honest, I'm anticipating your Galactica just as much as I anticipated the PL Big E.

Hope you enjoy your vacation, Coby.

That vaccation was very theraputic.

The hull skinning is almost done. That's not including the engine deck and flight pod pockets. Here are some shots;

This will most likely be a kit. I won't be casting it if it is, so I have no idea as to price.

So, when are you making a Pegasus? :confused

Man... it was sweet. Have you ever seen a rescue like that? On TV? WOW.

Joshin' you... that Galactica is wicked... :D

NOW Thats what Im talking about..... :eek
WOW.
Great job. I think I feel my credit card heating up.
is this to be hollow cast for us lighting freaks? :love
INCREDIBLE.
MSL

It's too small for that. (too many really tight curves and what not.) Clear urethane isn't out of the question though.
