Looking at the Knock letter more closely, the upper left corner of the back isn't fully visible in the movie so the symbols on there are up for debate.
I've tried to capture some more details by going through the scene frame by frame. It's only a couple of symbols, maybe someone can figure them out?
Also the NECA Orlok figure does come with the letter but the corner is their own interpretation of what's up there. Not very accurate when compared to the screencaps.

Here are some blu-ray screenshots but they don't really tell much, it does seem to be only 2 characters left of the X, the second is maybe something with a circle? the problem is there's so many different types of symbols on there, it would be difficult to determine what the missing ones are.
