So to go along with my Tie Pilot's off duty flight jacket:

I decided I needed a cover to go with it. It's not remotely perfect, but I'm reasonably pleased for my first attempt at doing a hat...

I approve of this. I'm planning to get one of Indy's Han Solo jackets from Solo -- the suede one. It fits really well as an in-universe "bomber jacket" he'd've hung onto even after being drummed out of the starfighter corps. I'm planning to paint the squadron marking best known from Red Leader's helmet in ANH (although other pilots wore it in ESB and ROTJ). I always like seeing this sort of real-world tradition inserted into the GFFA, but so few people do this sort of thing, specifically.
