I think Mark uses a professional shoe maker. My guess is that the shoemaker has a basic sneaker mold and just works off of that.

From my experience, working with Asian costume makers, they, indeed, have molds for small feet, because they are making shoes for Asian males and females. Irony is a big percentage of buyers would be white/Americans and European, whom have bigger feet. My friend is one of the biggest BTTF fans I know, and he is 12.5.

I was wondering that too. It's odd though, I almost get a little 'Doc' vibe from him in the clip. Would be good casting for a younger, hipper reboot BTTF, maybe?

Both ebay and back4thefuture.com state that only 150 of the 1500 pairs are being auctioned off on ebay. Has there been any news on how they will be selling (and at what price) the rest of them?

Just being honest...

I don't think Nike ever promised a replica for the fans, I think they promised a replica to help the MJF foundation. Nobody should have been suprised, and really, without the power laces, what incentive is there to get these rather than the much more affordable replicas avilable? The fact these are actaully made by Nike? I suppose that's something.

Yeah, made by Nike in a chinese sweatshop. If I was interested in these, I'd rather spend my money on a replica pair made by an actual American worker than by an American company that outsources ALL of their manufacturing.
