I just spent a boatload of money on my jacket replica - and had to make many sacrifices in my collection to afford that.
It's these "how much money" woes that really gets me scratching my head - I mean really, why would Nike choose to produce these in such a highly limited run? Nike could very easily sell 100,000 of these @ $400/pc and make a good payday from it.
But what do I know? I'm just a consumer....

I just hope they don't start the bidding at $1000 a piece. They should start it low, maybe $1, and let it go from there.

It's amazing to see how much money Nike is putting into this launch. Supposedly there will be 700 people at the party tonight. They also flew and put up all the journalists and bloggers that covered the event - and those were last minute arrangements.
