These things happen all the time. There is no need for those people to take it so much to heart.

But I say "such is life", and I'll sleep like a baby tonight. Wish others would too, that's the ONLY thing I'm trying to put across, to be happy with what one has or that is reasonably available :thumbsup

Dangling official Nike Air mags at the BTTF fan, after making the same BTTF fan make that endless line to buy the Hyperdunks, if he didn't buy them for 3x their value at ebay, isn't what I would consider fun and joy for the hobby, at all.

Im with ya there, as i said i still love what i have, but a little bummed at the same time i cant get an officially made pair.
Such is life indeed, cant say ill lose sleep at all either, it was a good, but short lived tease.

It may not be fun and joy, but its not the first or the last time that something like this is going to happen in this hobby. Again, my point is not to let it eat at you (generic you, not you as in Guntahkela).

Long time no hear you guys! Yeah the hype behind these got me to chime in because I was curious as to what they were going to fetch.

I'd love a pair, but Poon is a super cool dude, and I would have no problem buying one of his pairs if it is all I could afford.

If this weren't for charity, then I would get mad, but a small part of me is slightly upset that I would never be able to afford a pair. $1000+ for shoes is crazy to me.

Thats a great idea, tweak the poon shoes some, swap out the fabric and tweak the toe area for sure, this isnt a bag, before the police jump on me, but the poon shoes are awesome now, a version two, mmmm!

To be honest i bet NIKE wouldn't be so happy with ANY replicas being sold now they have actually made these... The only chnace of getting anyhting close offered to the mainstream will be if they use the self lacing tech in other trainer designs. To be fair it's the lights and self lacing that I really like, a different stlye to the MAGS isn't a big deal as the MAGS look realy dated now and are only of interest to fans. I would have spent a couple of hundred £'s on them but i would probably spend that for any illuminated self lacing nikes.

Actually, he SHOULD get on these upgrades. After all official Air mags are officially sold out, people will be checking ebay, day and night, for resales, and Mark's replicas can get plenty of more attention. Having that one size; however, could hurt him. American and European men, averagely, have bigger feet, and Mark should invest in a second pair size that are 1 and 1/2 bigger.
