Seriously, some companies in China I have dealt with before could care less it seems once they have their money. So if they actually go through with sending another pair that would be amazing. I wonder if they know about this thread in here...and are trying to keep everyone happy and buying their shoes lol
OK just placed my order! I used my Chase cc. When I hit submit it was initially declined and gave the reason as "declined by financial institution." Chase is really quick to detect fraud (too quick sometimes) so I instantly got a text message to ask if I had made the transaction. I replied Yes and was able to resubmit my order within seconds. My total was $629.60.
The timing couldn't be better when these arrive - I'm finally setting up my prop collection after I moved 2 months ago. So these will be a nice center piece.

mine came today. they look ok considering. the only thing is that the grey fabric isn't as tightly glued to the midsole and molded parts as I would like, with a fair bit of separation and some spots where they are loose. I can bend back a corner of the heel cup and see the led wiring underneath it. I have experience repairing this kind of thing with vintage nikes so I can fix it, but it would have been nice if I didn't have to. =/

Whoa that's the biggest flaw we've heard yet. Pieces actually peeling off. But if can repair it all is well I guess.
I forget who mentioned this first, but it would be cool to be able to order these without the upper attached so the battery could be upgraded so the EL is brighter and the LEDs dimmed down a bit. That is if an updated version doesn't come out.

What if the entire upper was wiped down? If it did change the colour of the fabric, at least it should be even?
I asked about getting a pair with a sock toe done, and no answer back. I even used the correct term "toe cap". So I doubt that they will ship half a job shoes.
I'd be surprised if they re-ship. What is stopping people putting false claims? It would mean they could get a 2nd pair for free.
Can you take some decent photos of that and post them? I'd also be emailing them to David and letting him know. I am sure he has tight CC in place, but he can't inspect every pair.

maybe later. it looks like the beginning stages of what jedi would do when he wanted to toe slim and deconstruct the v2's for modding.
I didn't see it in the qc pics, I think it pulled away during the time spent in transit. in my experience repairing older nikes, sealing up those edges is the hardest thing. all they really need to do is be a bit more liberal with the glue and leave it in the press for longer.

Can't David and his team track the shoes as well? They would know if they did or didn't get delivered. Especially if it's signed delivery.

I will later. maybe im too cynical, but its a chinese fake, we knew what we were ordering, so I don't expect them to have a customer care department or do anything much about it to be honest.

July 28th, 2016 at precisely 11;14am, I, Brad "jedifyfe" Fyfe will be selling his Authentic Nike Mags. I am selling them at a local high end shoe store for $1500 more than I paid. I will be using that extra $1500 to but two more pairs of these V3's. Though it is a sad day, I am also very happy to have owned these shoes. I hope they go to a new owner that enjoys and displays them. Until then, the future is what you make of it.....so make it a good one.

If they have time to take and post 4-8 pictures for virtually every pair that goes out. They have time to check the occasional tracking number when people claim seized by customs.

Exactly. They're not tracking *every* shipment. Just the ones where people claim non-delivery.

Thanks! Yeah, I've been thinking about it for a while but these replicas solidified my decision. Reasons I'm selling them:
1) I'll never wear them out
2) I am making money
3) The batteries only have a 10 year life span...(we are on year 6-7)
