Nike MAG replicas (V2 and V3 only)

ali express are in no rush to send me a replacemement now :( wait a few more days is what im getting (told this twice now despite the lack of movement) - its clear from the phone call and the parcelforce tracking info if hasnt even got through customs yet and its being investigated.

ali express tracking says it has been released, uk parcel force tracking telling me it hasnt - its pretty black and white its not been released yet after the phone call i placed to customs hub today.

karin said dont worry you will get them resent or a refund, but i see little progression yet from karin in actually getting a pair re shipped out. as i said i have been told twice now wait a few days. so thats all i can do regarding that part - the delivery dates that count down on ali express have also been extended by another 10 days.

im only hoping the delays of waiting isnt a way to let the countdown until accepting the goods option expires as then they WILL get the money

obviously saying ill give you a refund or resend another pair isnt meaning anything until i actually get some sort of tracking slip that they have been resent - hopeful ill be proved wrong

interestingly i saw this on a customs website this morning posted by an individual:

"I've had a lengthy discussion with UK Customs and here's what you need to know..
Please be aware that ALL (100%) of parcels from China using EMS(which goes to parcelforce) will be opened and inspected by UK customs. If they are branded they will be held and the manufacturer will be called in to customs to check if they are real or not. If they are fake they WILL be destroyed. You will then get a letter from customs"

Sorry to hear that who45 :(

Sounds to me like some nugget went and ordered a heap of these and has now flagged suspicion to customs which has now ruined it for the rest of us wanting a pair/more pairs, I hope I'm wrong and you do get them though dude!
 
annoyingly i ordered in december and someone here hadf a pair in 5 days arrive no issues, some 10 days after i placed my order :(

fingers crossed karin comes through, been helpful, but obviously until i get the items in my grubby hands its all talk and no action in reality until there is sufficient time for karins investigation with the parcel company to happen and find out what happened.

karin still seems optimistic time is the answer and if they dont arrive she will re ship but i feel like its prolonging the inevitable outcome.........there going to be inspected, held and destroyed.

as you say tho maybe there seeing an increase of them come through and the flag is now well and truley raised

Unfotunately not destroyed, but rather a customs lad will have a nice late xmas pressy. Fingers crossed for you mate. :thumbsup

If it's just EMS, then insist that they ship you another pair with UPS.

I`ve had many packages stopped by customs regarding Parcelforce.

I`ve ordered a pair and they are being sent this week - ive specifically asked for the seller to fold up the yellow box, so the package should be smaller than the big yellow box.

I had another pair sent by DHL - and that didnt give me any problems what so ever - it cost me $40 more for shipping - but not a problem regarding delivery what so ever.

You will recieve a letter telling you to sign it and return it, if not, they will take you to court - I`d be tempted to go to court, if its just 1 pair - I`d see the point if you had 10+ in 1 package - but 1 pair is just for wear or display.

to be honest thats my original theory, opened up. ohhhhhh i like the look of that, no more tracking updates :(

and yes it was one pair, so basically its going to be a letter asking me to sign it off for them to destroy?? as you say for personal use or "prop replica display" it is no harm for me to have imo for a collection...... but then again its still fake goods entering the uk and i supose they have to be seen to do it every now and then

Thats exactly what will happen - personally, I don't think they get destroyed at all - but its proving it.

If you can get a refund, that will be brilliant, if they are going to resend to you - dont get it sent to your same address - your address will now be flagged - so any packages coming to you, they will be opened without a doubt.

Believe me pal - ive had so many run ins with customs :-/

Beginning to wish i'd chosen UPS now :confused
 
For uk members we might have to now wait for shoebagsonline to get there 2nd batch in as they ship using DHL to West Midlands, they take about 1-2 days max to clear customs and seem more laid back. Only thing is they charge £30 for shipping :(

already thought of that and i will use another address in another town ;) it was my first thought regarding another shipment and me being flagged potentially

never had a prob with china stuff before - always a first time - im going to push for dhl or ups tho - ill have to swallow the duty charge :(

That is a great possibility Captain

Her company name may be flagged - There are probably hundreds of people from the UK using her Aliexpress sale page - probably many who are not members on here - so its possible her company is flagged.

Its soul destroying when you get that dreaded letter from the customs - as I say - i`ve had 5+ customs letters - for various things, football boots/trainers/Pandora bracelets/Dr Dre beats etc etc

Try DHL - they seem good - granted its an extra $40 - but it gives peace of mind
 
I can vouch for what DVD is saying, DHL are teh best when it comes to overseas items being released from customs. Parcel force are so anal...

That's actually pretty awesome! :thumbsup. I don't mind at all.

That is a completely different thing than using the picture to rip off people on eBay. That is actually one of the pictures the eBay scammer is using too.
