oh yes most definitely. having a wet tshirt over the toebox should protect the fabric and allow the most steam to come through
A little word of warning, if you get the material wet it will stain with water-marks.

A V3 modding?!
I was wondering if that was the case. Has anyone used Crep Protect on theirs already? I'm thinking about getting it for my pair once it comes in but idk if that may leave a mark on the material or anythingA little word of warning, if you get the material wet it will stain with water-marks.

What size are yours?Okay my fixed shoes arrived today! Ordered the 19th. They shipped Monday, but once they actually were picked up they arrived in just 2 days! That's the fastest I have ever got anything from Hong Kong! Also, I did have to sign for it. It had "EXAMINED BY U.S. CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION" tape on the box which scared me, so they did actually open the box, but they still cleared them! Tried to upload some full-size photos for you guys, hopefully they work out so you can zoom in and check them out! If you guys want more photos let me know.

Have we had any seized by customs yet that are coming into the U.S.? I only ask because I ordered some yesterday.
I don't think anyone in the US has had issues yet, none that I have seen. However, you never really know. I have ordered a lot of shoes and other items from china in the past, and I have never had the "EXAMINED BY" tape on a package before. It's good that they actually opened the box and still let them through. The shoes come bubble wrapped, I don't think they actually opened the bubble wrap and looked at the shoes though.
I bought a pair initially that came fine. Then I ordered 2 pairs at the same time and they both came fine on the same day. I ordered another pair, it made it through customs in Ohio and shipped over to NY state, then customs seized the package and DHL said I have to wait for a response from customs. I am worried, they seized them Friday and I still havent heard from anyone yet. I dont wanna have to have David ship another pair out.
What does David do when they do get seized? Send a new pair, or are you just SOL?
I assume send me another pair or refund. I can envision him not refunding or re-sending a pair out. I didnt receive anything.

I am waiting for a response from customs. David said wait for that and his email team said to wait 3 business days then contact them. And they stress to me not to worry. They havee all been helpful and assuring to this point.

When customs asks you if you knew the item was counterfeit, if you say "yes" I doubt you will get the shoes...just saying.
If David refunds you or sends you a new pair for free. I would be very impressed.
I don't see why he wouldn't, I haven't received anything.
Because it's not his fault if customs seizes them. That's the gamble we all take. I can guarantee you that David will not replace or refund if they are seized,
