Well here it is videos of both the blade system and my stab at an animatronic cannon, the cannon is radio controlled but hey it works, ive been getting some requests to show my blade system working and since i have the cannon pretty much done you get to see it as well. Enjoy!!!!---Joe

This is the blades sytem purchased by Bovine13 and Mannowar, obviously not the exact system, this is my personal/testing/research and development system.

Here is the radio controlled canon i built for the AVP2 premere, it is alittle rough but it does work, gives my spotter something else to do while im livin it up in the suit. This is one of Daves cannons that i bought from him about one or two years ago and finally got around to making it work

Thanx guys, im sorry about the quality of the videos, i had to take them with my phone and then encode them to work with a media player. Apparently my phone makes some weird format video that nothing will play, ill hafta see about making the next video with something that is supposed to make videos.......like a video camera!!!! Now thats a thought!! one more thanx to Scott (Bovine13) for putting up his video, it obviously has better quality.---Joe

Hey there you are Mannowar, thanx for the kind comments, all i can say is i try, i may not be the best at this animatronic stuff but im getting better all the time, who knows maybe in the futrue i can design all this stuff with circuitboards and the like for a more clean system.---Joe

To answer your question punhulk my system has switches and relays, actually two different styles are available depending on user preferance, they can either be small tactile switches that velcro to the finger or a small toggle switch that velcros to the hand.--Joe

Is something like this hard to do yourself? I would really like to have working blades on my finished suit (when I get there), but cant seem to figure out how to get it done.
