I commissioned someone to do my Nightcrawler costume. It's a combo of spandex and lycra. I use the guys over at SpandexMan quite often--they do special requests if you provide detailed photos, very professional, reasonable prices. After that, I pretty much accessorize and add other elements myself. The boots are white tabi boots I bought online. The utility belt was actually a Dark Knight belt I bought, painted red, then added the "X" from an X-Men belt buckle (pictured below). The make-up is midnight blue MAC Chromacake, and a Navy blue powder on top of that. I was about to commission an animatronic tail but the cost was getting way too out of hand, so I made my own tail using foam rubber, but sadly, I have no photo of it. Maybe I'll get around to that animatronic tail in the future. THAT would be sweet.
