So I purchased this as a project on Thursday March 17 for $250.
It was in need of serious repairs (mostly cosmetic). I ended up rewiring the neutrino wand but ran into a few issues so right now the electronics are disconnected in it. The large red and white leds are dummies, and don't do anything. It has a full lights kit in both the body, and wand powered separately.
Each switch has a function. Top switch acts as a safety and the unit won't power on without it flipped up. Lower switch powers the wand, the "activate" switch (label fell off) has to be turned on to activate "beam" light(intensify) button.
