New Rubies Life Size Vader statue? or Hoax?

Just browsing ebay.

there is a darth vader life size figure

looks to have the rubies supreme vader helmet, cape, and armor on a costume mannequin.
however in one of the pics, they have a Certificate of Authenticity?

Is this something new that Rubies came out with?
The only Rubies one I know of is the 1997 one with Michael Burnett.

What a strange piece. The base, presentation and of course the original release of their Supreme costume puts it in the time frame of ROTS's release but the "Darth Vader" name/logo comes straight from the more recent Marvel comic.
