New P1 On The Way - FINISHED.

So after a year I'm back with a new project my first attempt at a pred mask, P1 screen accurate, as close as I can get, probably take me a year, my time's very limited.

I thought I would include my armature as I made it from scratch and it turned into a project itself, took me 3 weeks to build including curing times. I've seen people here sculpt straight on top of styrofoam heads but I think a serious sculpt requires a serious core. Plus the styro foam head wasn't true life size and a female, So I built it out and gave it a sex change.

Ok so still blocking. I've completed the eye sockets and inside the mouth. Normally I'd never start detailing so early on but I won't be able to get back in there later.

So nearly finished blocking, but run out of clay, got more on the way then i'll start fine detailing. I've dropped trying to make it screen accurate, life's too short lol and the reference material just isn't clear enough. It's gonna be more P1 'style'.

Anyway pretty pleased with it. I'm going to pad out the back with balls of tin foil to save on clay. People's thought's on this? Also do you think I'll get away with a two peice mold? My under cut's are quite deep.

No I know, I didn't really wanna post these I've been racing to get it finished before the start of a new contract, I can only work on it now for a few hours a week tops, so didn't want to drag it on. I'll get some clean pics when it's done done.
