Here is a comparrison of a screen used helmet in the same angle as the MLCV2 from Bikerscout.net. (agian, same as the above posting, I will remove if need be.)

I think it looks great, but in the comparison above it appears that the forehead on the V2 isn't quite as high as the original. Could be the angle of the photos, tho.

It is as high... and the cut out visor area is correct... it is the cap between the visor edge and the brow edge that is wrong, imo, and the brow edge has to be lowered, so that it is closer to the visor edge - giving the helmet a taller appearing brow section... if you know what I mean.
Here's a rendering of the above picture with what changes I would make: Lower the brow, make the upper corners of the visor area more "squared" and less like a large round curve, re-cut or leave out the three brow ridges, invert the nose vents back to the originals, as it is inverted on the MLC... and the snout is still too "sharp"... it has to have a small flat edge rim at the tip of the ridge, like the originals, but not as wide as DP/Rubies and even Altmanns. There are some curving of the cheeks I would probably try to fix too, but other than these few issues listed above it really looks very pleasing on the eyes... though... a bit bulky compared to an original.
Hope it is okay to use this picture to make a point - will remove if requested.
EDIT: Redid the image, as some of my lines were off.
EDIT2: May in fact have done the brow edge line a bit too low towards the visor area... but I think you get the general meaning that it should be lowered somewhat... and straightened a bit than what is there now.
