Hi, all!
I'm a new member from Japan. However, I have some prop replicas made by RPF premium member. I'm interested in Star Wars and Blade Runner prop replicas. Please be kind to me. Thanks.

Hi, I'm new to this hobby and was looking to learn to create my own foam and leather props.

Hey guys,

I'm new to the world of prop making but I have been fabricating items for a long time. I recently had the motivation to build a replica weapon from my favorite video game and stumbled upon this forum while researching reference material and actual building materials. I look forward to learning and cultivating new skill sets, and hopefully contributing to the community.

Hello,
My name is Will. I'm currently building a Harry Potter railway layout in 00/HO scale, with an emphasis on the railway part; that is, a working station in front,
and a half relief Hogwarts in the back. It is 6'x3', but there is a spur leading to London, enabling me to use part of my London display, including a large scale model of Tower Bridge.
The entire layout will be deep in snow, using every product and method for winter weathering I can come up with!

Hello, I found your site while searching for Star Wars blaster plans. I have been making scale models all my life and a few years ago made my first scratch built E11. Hopefully I can continue finding and building interesting props. Thanks!

Hi just joined been interested in prop making for years but never got around to it till now, i made a stormtrooper helmet a few years ago from fiberglass but it was very heavy and uncomfortable, now trying foam much easier and a lot less messy

Hello there

My name is Elias and I like the things of overwatch like the masks. I love the costumes of jojo's bizarre adventure to But I dont have de money and the skill to make costumes even though I at least try to make masks with pepakura and Eva Foam. And a litle question: can you make Cosplay with a Tiny 3D printer?

So that is me.

Hey gang,

I hear there's a group of people here in resin casting/bootleg action figures, and I want to get started doing just that. I've got a ton of busted vintage Kenner Star Wars and no clue how to replicate them. Any/all help is welcome!

Hello everyone! Great to finally be a part of a forum I've always heard about. I'm really interested in Star Wars props, more specifically lightsabers. Currently doing and install on a Graflex 2.5 kit and trying to get as accurate to ESB with it as I can.

I figure I should introduce myself here first of all.

Less of a whole costume guy and more focussed on doing props on their own. Been actively building things for a little more than a year or so. Started out by using JFcustom's awesome foam templates (though obviously starting with an Iron Man helmet wasn't the brightest move) and moved on to making my own templates for props, mostly from the gaming side of things. Only got massive respect for all the pepakura masters, but that is not my thing :D
Found the site once more after quite some time and finally decided to double down and create my account. Will probably post a few things by showing step by step pictures. Maybe they can help and inspire someone like such pictures did for me.
Not an expert in any shape or form, but that just prooves than anyone can create something!

Honored to be her. Thank you for having me. I have loved the arts and entertainment for as long as I can remember. My hobbies include collecting figures, art, model making, and creating some of my own versions of some of my favorite film characters. I look forward to admiring and learning from many of you and hopefully enjoying a creative experience as well. In the short time that I have been browsing this incredible site, I have seen some amazing work. What a powerful force of creative and passionate minds here. I’ll look forward to meeting you!

Hi, I'm Matt from Dayton Ohio ,USA. I'm the kind of person that can pick out ten things that I want to make from a movie the first time I watch it. At the moment I am focusing on BTTF props. Particularly the clock collection in the opening credits. I have been a RPF forum creeper for years and I'm glad that I finally joined and hope that one day I can contribute to the awesome work that I have seen done on here.

Hello all,
I have been viewing the rpf for over 10 years, but I deiced to register today because why not. Anyhow, I build / cosplay almost everything. But I mainly build Star Wars stuff.

first I'll start by saying, if you are tight on money, make sure you research every thing for you build before buying anything. This was my down fall. Anyhow, I recently, 2 weeks ago, purchased the CR10s 3D printer. It's 12x12x15 inchs. Depending on what you want to build, you will need to learn about splicing and cutting you prints in a 3d software just to get them to fit on your printer. Not sure if you have heard of thingiverse, but they offer free files to download and print.

Hi hi new here trying to get my foot in on replica weapon building. (Blade runner and cyberpunk specific) working in my first Blaster build ever.

Hello from Canada! I'm currently here for the Super Troopers 2 cosplay I am putting together. I found the most useful information for putting this together on this site and decided to become a member. I am glad I accidentally found this via a quick google search and look forward to the very massive library of information that members have been putting together since the 1990's. I look forward to communicating with members in the future and I hope I can also post some useful information for other members to use in the future.

Fun fact: My first cosplay I did was the Stargate SG-1 "Offworld" costume (in both OD and Black), and I did that back in 2008/09.

Hey All.. Fresh meat here. Just found out bout this site while creating my new Star Wars themed man cave/family room. So far so.good.
