Hello Everyone!
I knew from some friends that The RPF had a few Facebook Groups... but OMG this website just opened my eyes to a whole new world!! ^o^
I'd love to become a part of this great community and learn/offer anything and everything I can!
To begin I'm a self-taught prop maker (wannabe haha) and just recently brought my items to the public at Phoenix Comicon 2013 and Tucson Comicon 2014 and have had opened the floodgates to cosplayers and prop builders alike! I had no idea the following I would get, I was making props that I thought were cool... stuff that I wanted to hang on my own walls- but hot dang a lot of people seemed to like the same things I did haha!
I'm a guy of many trades: from 2-Dimensional CAD Design, Graphic Deisgn (Comic Book Colors/Illustrations/Business Cards/Logos), Photo Manipulation, Jewelry Design, Metalworking and Leatherworking to name just a few.
But being a metalworker (full time job at a family owned machine shop) all of my props/cosplay's are solid metal (mainly aluminum for the lightweight ability, beautiful polish and ease of working/bending/finishing... but I do get into steel, stainless steel, wood, acrylic, polycarbonate as well when applicable).
I mainly take my work home with me (once the 10+ hour M-F day job ends) and work out of my garage at home in hot as heck Arizona... so sometimes my builds can take some time, but I'm diligent and juggle as much as I can take
Below are some of my most recent builds, and again I offer fully custom works/designs and am always looking to help others out and as well learn as much as I can
Feel free to contact me for anything- and I look forward to being a longtime member of this beautiful community!
Thanks So Much For Having Me!!!
