Hey everyone I’m Alex from the US, and this is kind of my first step into building and making. I’m starting off by making a DL-44 blaster which should be fun.

Look forward to seeing all of the great stuff here.

Hi, I’m Irene from Greece! I’ve always been into building and creating, and just recently got into replicas from film. I hope this experience on this lovely forum can teach me many things and grant me new friends along the way :)

Hi y'all,
I'm Josh from Richmond, VA. I run a professional set and prop production company, and I love the community here at the RPF. We've frequently used threads from this forum for reference, since nobody pays more attention to the details than the fans! Although much of our work is original (or derived from a popular franchise enough not to violate copyright), we've done a couple of replicas for private clients.

I joined the forum so I could be a part of the community and see what everyone is working on, whether they're professionals or hobbyists.

Hi everyone!

I'm Kyle from Montreal. I'm not a prop builder, but I am looking for a bit of help from you experts! A couple years ago, my pal drew me a 1:1 pencil drawing of Han's DL-44, and it is absolutely stunning. I've been wanting to try my hand at doing the same thing, but with lightsabers. My problem is that I cannot find reliable images to reference, and was hoping you fine folks might have a database of detailed images I can use in this forum? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Should try Pinterest or Google images.

Hello Guys, i am looking on RPF for some time, also because of Tested.com, but never registered until now. I am not sure, if i am making content for RPF, its only for props and scale models like Bandai? Where i can put my 3D Printed models which i am working on? Into model section?

I am Hobby 3D Artist from Czech Republic (Europe), it all started with first Prusa Printer(Mendel version) which my father took home from work, because nobody there was using it. And there my way started, its 3 years now when i started to make my own models and print them.
Still lot of things to learn in front of me, but i am enjoying the process. Here are photos of some of my works, hope you like it ;)

Hi everyone! I love seeing the awesome prop replicas and costumes that people create. I created the ScreenFashions Pintrest page to organize info for Doctor Who and Sherlock cosplays because the original websites were difficult to navigate or defunct. I then added other tv shows. I currently run fashion blogs and instagram pages for A Discovery of Witches and Free Rein, as well as a twitter page for multiple shows.

Ok, something tells me posting on page number "666' carries evil undertones but nay! I am a fan of the Force and have decided to cosplay Kenobi and ensure I love every step of the way ... While supporting my wife, daughter, and friends on their cosplay journeys as well. I'm a true scifi fan*addict, Trek, Dr. Who, Stargate, HHGTTG, Star Wars (of course) and just about anything. I have been a tinkerer and more since 6, so I became an evil Engineer. Glad to be here ~~~~
