Hello fellow enthusiasts,

Long time listener, first time caller. I'm in so many other prop forums that it's hard to keep up; TDH, 501st, R2D2 builders club, CloneTroopers.net, The Hunters Lair, etc. you get the point.

Just glad to be here and be able to look at all the wonderful creations and props everyone has built. Another perk is the ability to also aquire parts to build the props that I want to build.

This is the stuff dreams are made of.

I was Introduced to the RPF when I was in search for amazing spider man replica suit threads, I came across this site and I was like "Wow." I had joined recently after that and I looked through forms and Threads In search for prop builds. Last but not least I joined because (Obviously) I like props and I would like to share my creations. It is an honnor to join the RPF.

Hi everyone, happy to be part of a great community. Just started looking through this forum and thought why not, all these prop makers could help me out. I'm thinking of building a dabo table or the sculpture in Odo's room. That would be really cool and fun to make.

Hi everyone. I found this site after finding a link from Brotherhood of the Bat. I've been lurking for a little while just marveling at all the incredible props/costumes and the talented people who have created them. Just seeing the creativity on this site has gotten my own creative juices flowing. I'm very happy to be part of this community and can't wait to see what other things will come to life here. I am new to this forum and very new to prop building, I have been going through the forum for a while and am amazed at the skill level of so many former’s.
I have just started my first build, Iron man MK7 and look forward to posting my progress for comments.

Hello everyone. I've been quasi-involved with costuming my entire life, making my first superhero costumes when I was in high school. I stopped for awhile, got re-exposed over on the SCF and LOH, and created a Superman suit, purchased a Miles Morales Spidey suit, and created a Batman.

I'm the leader of the Ohio chapter of the Heroes Alliance, and want to add an Iron Man to our team, so I've been lurking more aggressively, and intend to start a trash can/pop-rivet suit soon.

Been browsing for a while but thought I should take the time to stop hiding in the back of the crowd and actually get involved in the party...

My names Rob and I'm from the UK, Been hugely into propping/costuming ever since I was old enough to understand it all but as these things do this has evolved from simple to the wonderfully complex! Glad to see other like minded people and some of the unbelievable work being done out there!

Been a long time lurker, now a proper forum member.

Name is Zerebin, from Brisbane QLD Australia. Been prop building and costuming for over 6 years, and have worked with many people in south east QLD on projects and such.

I'm a member of the 501st Legion (AR7253) and 405th, N7 Elite and various other costume groups. This forum has always shown some of the best talent the world has and i look forward to contributing in the future.

A bit of a lurker here, especially in the foam threads, and I'm getting prepped for my first foam armor build: an N7 set.

I've worked some with cardboard and paper, but I'm looking forward to getting into pepakura and EVA foam.

You'll see me most in Mass Effect and Iron Man posts, I imagine. I hope to have my set done in the next few months, and I'll post my progress photos then.

Hi all,

I have been doing life action roleplay for about 20 years using costumes and larp weapons (buy+build) and am moving now more to sci-fi life action events. I made a first armour starting from bike harnesses (paint, lighting etc) and am now skirmishing the internet for ideas and thoughts on "power armours".

Its great to see this site, so full of information and tips and tricks... I'll need to catch up and read a lot I presume

I hope this is how I do this,at 36 yrs old it's a little embarrassing to admit I'm Popping my chat room/forum cherry.I've made handprint castings of my sons,I've meddled with vinyl toy modding , used sculpey clay and light drawing and painting.i LOVE movies,have since forever,so art ,plus movies = bliss.

Hello all, I found this site while is working with building a paperkraft Ironman helmet and then found the files and guides on how to build it out of foam. Needless to say I have a new hobby now and I try and build myself an Ironman Costume, hopefully in time for Dragoncon 2013 this year. Thanks all and I look forward to geeking out with you all

my name is Steve... I have always been into collectibles (sideshow) and what-nots... I am super crafty. I restore old cars as a hobby, custom auto upholstery on the side (self taught). My wife and I were married on the B-17 nine-o-nine in the air over Folsom Lake, CA. It was an entire 40's themed wedding. I am also the father of 2 kids, oldest 20 and youngest 4. hey guys my names adam ive been building costumes for quite some time but only recently got into the whole community, internet, techy techy thing. ive decided to rele up my game recently on my builds and thought i should get into the community too.

im a big fan of anything science fiction or fantasy to be honest i love it all im a massive fan of iron man and hulk especialy hulk since WWH

im a big gamer though recently ive found myself being more interested in story and lore of video games more then actualy playing them i like things dark and gritter and always enjoy a good anti hero. you should be seeing alot of my work here soon as i begin to get more involved with other people hehe and many and the builders here are what inspired me to do up my game. thanks for listening
