new here from the uk working on ironman helmet and a few other things

hi guys, ive been going threw the rpf for months now wile i work on my helmets and stuff, i have tryed and failed about 7 times but every time learned a little something lol, ive tryed foam ive tryed paper ive tryed cardboard, so my new build is a mix of everything lol, i never got pics because i wasent intending it to be a build it was just something i was messing with but it has turned out ok, i have it all primed and cut now, but im looking to cast it, not sure if i should use fiberglass or polyurethane, will get pics up asap, im going to use silicone to mould and cast bandages as a mother mould,

so my questions are

would you mould all in 1 piece or because there already cut trimmed and filled again to fit would you mould in 3 pieces

and

should i cast in fiberglass or in polyurethane ?

If you can, go with fibreglass. It will be significantly stronger and lighter.

was thinking that to, and im going with 3 moulds, i noticed a post n here where a guy did 3 moulds and it will cut out cutting the faceplate and back then filling and sanding to get it perfect again now i just need to order the stuff and get it done so i can work on it,
