Some of you may remember the run of D9 fuel cells I did a few years ago, this is my Mk 2
An RPF member comissioned me to produce a new version of the prop utilising the far better reference that is now available.
The cap incorporates a working LED with the switch built into the recessed iris on the underside.
The top and bottom sections were produced with laser cut and engraved acrylic by our own Rebel Scum, who did a fantastic job of engraving the tricky curved surface detail.
The body of the cell was produced with raised adhesive acetate graphics and contains a cylinder of black alien fuel.
The rods on the top are brass, with more laser-cut acrylic detailing.
Big thanks to Phil for all his help on this tricky job
