New Batman: Arkham game due this year?

It will be a bit like this so called majority that thinks the new splinter cell will fail cus Ironside isnt voicing fisher anymore.
 
I agree. As much as I complain that the voices sound off to me because I'm a fan of Hamill it won't prevent me from buying the game as long as the gameplay and story seem sound. If those flop then that's what I'd truly be upset about.
 
All the more reason to hold off on buying (or get it as a gift, I guess), in my opinion. Hamill and Conroy not being involved is a bit displeasing, but I can handle it with the characters being "younger." What will be the real problem is if the story sucks.

The combat will be the combat. Same as in the last two games. And that's solid, but if that was all I wanted, I'd just keep playing the first one doing nothing but the challenges. I like the story. That's what I'm in it for.
 
New trailer has just come out revealing Copperhead as one of the new villains/assassins. Honestly when I saw it I had no idea who she was, so googled it and was surprised to find out that this is a radically different New 52 female Copperhead and she in fact used to be a man pre-New 52. Since I didn't know about the villain before this I've got no problem with them using this version and I think it's always cool to add more females villains to the Batman roster, but I wonder if any of the diehard comic fans will care about them using this version. I mean was the male Copperhead popular at all, I have no idea?

I like that they even reference in the video that they only have a male Copperhead in their files. Yeah i'm starting to like the looks of it a bit more. Debating on doing a preorder or not. Well i'm not i just have to debate asking to borrow the credit card or not lol

So Arkham Origins has multiplayer...didn't see that coming. I think as long as the development of the multiplayer didn't detract from the main game then I guess it's an ok addition. I'm pretty intrigued to see how this 3v3v2 gameplay works. Also at least the multiplayer costumes seem to be different so it gives the costume builders more designs to choose from.
 
Welp multiplayer is a negative for me as i hate it being added to games. Hopefully when the arkham sequel comes out they'll stop this crap.
 
The batcave does sound cool, it was a neat change of pace in Asylum. I am just going to get this one used, i'm not supporting any company that puts MP into a game that doesn't need it.
 

Release is getting close and wow this got me even more exited lol.

Already pre-ordered my limited edition a week ago, this video proves me I have made a good choice. He's good !
 
The new guy at least sounds like Hamil but i'm still going to get it used as i'm not supporting another franchise that had Multi player tacked on when it isn't needed.
 

Ok, saw this today. With this, I'm pretty sure they are going to put a lot of story into this. I'm game! Game pre-ordered.
