Looking for what kit was used for the 2 tanks that is circled in red.
This model is Studio Scale and the tank is 1 1/4" long by 3/4" wide.

Those tanks are only 1/2" wide. They're most likely EMA/Plastruct tube and hemispheres.
The pieces supporting the tanks are bench seats, four seats long, from the Airfix SRN4 Hovercraft.
