I think only you can answer that question. what do YOU like? for me I was captivated by Artoo and Threepio when I saw Star Wars at the age of 10 so I built a full scale Remote control R2D2 via the R2 Builder's club. But its a difficult, expensive and time consuming project... all prop builds can be though so how much money can yyou throw around, how much time are you willing to invest and what would capture your imagination? smaller items like blasters, sabers can be more affordable and take less time perhaps... helmets depending on where you look for kits can also be immediate gratification as they aren't too hard to build. I have a nice screen accurate stormtrooper helmet... didn't cost much and only took a weekend to build. What do YOU WANT to do?
