Need help with Wilco Zat.

Well I went to storage today and pulled my Zat out with the intention of having a weekend project. I thought I had packed the "top fin" with the Zat but despite searching for ages in the boxes I can't find it.

Here's where I need the help I want to buy a new fin from Bill @ Wilco but the hotmail address I have keeps getting bounced back as undeliverable. Does anyone have an alternate contact address?

It's okay now I sent and e-mail from a different account and it didn't get bounced.
