Need help with sourcing a voltmeter or an alternative.

Whats up guys, hope that you all are doing fine. I made a "replica" dosimeter from Metro: Exodus, but I wasn't really satisfied with it and decided to make a new one that behaves similarly to the one found in the game.
After about a year or so of slow progress, I managed to make a model that I was satisfied with and now I am moving onto the electronics. The heart of the project is an ESP8266 that has a buzzer hooked up to it, and runs the "fake geiger counter" code that I randomly found. Now, as I am nearing finishing the thing, I ran into a big problem.
The dosimeter has this cool gauge on the right that tells you if you're exposed to radiation etc. Given how compact this whole dosimeter has to be, I can't fit a small-sized voltmeter, let alone a regular sized one. With the model I made, I only have about 12mm of vertical space that is 40mm in diameter.
Ive seen a few Russian makers on You Tube make this thing, but it seemed oversized to me.
If anyone knows of a voltmeter that is small enough to fit in there, or of an alternative I can use, please let me know!

You might take the meter movement out of a small meter and trim the pointer to fit. Then you can model the housing and make a label that is more appropriate to the prop.

There's a seller on Etsy who seems to carry the correct type of meters:
Thank you so much! I did not realize that these were real things!

I did try out a few meters. Their diameter was ok if trimmed, but their height complicated things.
