Need help with a TCM 74 Leatherface costume

I'm looking to make a screen-accurate but affordable Leatherface costume based on his first (and best) appearance in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I purchased a TOTS Killing Mask and found an apron that I think will work. I'm certain I'll find a serviceable shirt at a local Goodwill and have a lead on a cheap chainsaw prop. All that remains is the necktie. I found an excellent site last year that featured a downloadable pattern, but the site is gone and the pattern with it. I'm aware of the Magnoli necktie, but it's out of my costume budget. I'd appreciate any assistance or input.

they've made better masks since i got this one but I got the rest of it pretty good. The saw is real and doesn't run but looks great.
