Barge leather cement is good.

"Tandy" leather has plain leather glue on their site. I've used it and it works fine.

Barge cement. I used Liquid Nails Perfect Glue 1 for the leather stuff on my Tusken Mask. I bought it at Lowes but I imagine most hardware stores carry it also.
