Need help please

I just found out that my nephew is having a friend at school,make him a metal Captain America shield. So i thought i would make him the foam Helmet to go with it.Can anyone here tell me what parts need to be cut at 45• angles so i can save me some time on this project.I want to have it ready by christmas.

Do you have JFcustom's foam helmet file?
He nicely posted a PDF file in my Captain America build.

It's simple as possible : each time the surface of the helmet makes an angular outward inflection (not a simple curve, but an real palpable angle), you must make the angled cuts. Always refer to the 3D view of pepakura viewer.
And no rush for christmas, you can build and paint it in half a day
