Need help on Nedrys Cryocan

Hi guys I'm working on a 3d printed prototype of Nedrys Cryocan from Jurassic park. I'm 3d printing the master and then having the parts CNC'd. As I recently purchased a 3d printer I wanted to get the ball rolling on this to test the water so to speak :)

The measurements I need are the Diameter of the can, rack and screw thread but most importantly of all the depth of the rack parts pictured in my render of the model. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm based in the UK so Russ Replicas has already shown interest :D

So, you want someone to provide you with measurements of another builders work so you can replicate it? Meaning, the measurements aren't exactly common knowledge so you'd have to reference another builders work to get what you're after. Why not figure it out for yourself since you're already declaring it "your model" or rendering? You can scale the entire prop off the shaving cream can it fits in.

Not at all I just wanted a rough idea of the dimensions as I can't find a can in UK :( If someone can point me in the right direction I'll work from that. If it came across that way I apologise but I'm no recaster :(

I've wanted to do something similar, honestly. I'm trying to wrap my head around the mechanism to lock/release the spring function in the base, currently. :) I'm probably going to eventually try something utilizing a Barbasol can safe...but I'm still a ways off. I can take some measurements o' my Barbasol can at home tomorrow, Paul, if that would help.

Thanks that would be great. I found something on Amazon called a stash safe can but the diameter inside looks smaller. If I had just asked for the can dimensions in the first place :p
