Need Help/Items For Putting Together A Catwomen Costume

Hey everyone my girlfriend purchased recently a Catwomen 'like' costume from some costume shop around here, which in her argument looked much better in the photo.

Unfortunately she spent $50.00 and neither her nor I wants to throw that sort of cash away. So I'd figured we make do with it and do what we can to pull it off!

Accessories, Accessories, Accessories!

Is what I need! Below is a image of the original costume, and the changes I want to make to it. Please feel free to direct me in the right direction in finding any of these items!
