Need Help Identifying Batman Cowl

My brother in Michigan loaned me his Batman cowl that he acquired in early to mid 1990's. The person he bought it from said it was cast from the 89 Batman hero mold but I don't know how to verify that. Maybe the Subject Matter Experts here can help with advise on how to authenticate this. Sorry about the poor iPhone pics, my wife is away with our camera.

The lines and features look good when compared to pics I found on line. The cut of the eye holes look too "rounded" at the bottom though.

The nose seems too long and pointed to me

The nose is open on the bottom. Is that right?

Looks more like a Batman Returns-esque cowl with the nose cut out.

A couple details look of though but it's interesting that it's cast in foam latex and from the 90's.

A strange artifact to say the least. I recommend posting it over on the BOTB for better information. Forum ~ Runboard

I was gonna say the same thing Definitely not from any studio molds or screen used cowls, though. Also, I believe Artsee only made latex costume parts. Never any foam latex parts, as far as I know.
