Need help finding these old capacitors

Great reward if anyone help me track these down. What I know is the following:

Package: CK05
Manufacturer: West Cap
Size: .200" x.200" x .100"
Raised lettering on top says WEST CAP

I don't care what the value is, or even if it still works. White is preferred, but any color that is the same size with WEST CAP on the top would be acceptable. Photo below.

If it was a bit bigger, you could do a 3D print in color and add 2 wires afterward if it doesn't have to be functional.
