Need help finding green lamp

Hi guys!
I don't know if this is the right place to ask but I really need help finding a lamp. The costume itself is called a "Fifune" and they wear some kind of hat lamps.

I've found something similar but I think mine are too small to have around your head

If anyone know where to find a round green lamp big enought to fit around yoru head (or something similar) please help

The top parts look like the shades/visors from industrial halogen lighting found in gyms and warehouses. Just my thought.

Are you looking to outright buy a full working hat/lamp/fifune or build one?

It looks like it could be made relativly easy, maybe use LED's or EL-Wire for the lighting so it doesn't get hot being that close to ones face.
