Need Help And Instructions For Painting Latex Mask And Body.

I have been searching the threads and either I am blind or just not smart enough to find what I need.
Here is what I need help in.
I need total instruction on how to paint a latex mask and body i.e. what paint, mixtures etc.
Could someone please supply the information so that I may proceed with my costume build.

Prosaide (the adhesive) - water based acrylic ink (the paint)- permawet (the waterproof seal). The mixtures are depended on the thickness of the ink, you may need to water them down slightly. FW inks are a good source.

For painting latex, I am a big fan of rubber cement paints.
