Need ESB Vader Chest Box Electrical Help

I am currently making a ESB Vader chest box. I want to install lights on the inside so the coin slots light up. Does anybody have a tutorial of what I would need to buy from somewhere like Radio Shack to do this?

I only have a cheap $30 kit, but I think it looks pretty good.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Truth be told, they aren't even supposed to light up.
